Jocelyn Leclair is a vegetable producer in Sherrington. The company he co-owns, Les fermes Leclair et frères, participates in several research projects aimed at reducing the impact of agricultural activity on the environment, specifically the degradation of cultivated organic soils in Québec. We go meet him along with Christian Provençal, an agri-advisor with La Coop Unifrontières.
