Occupational health and safety policy

All Sollio Agriculture employees and service providers deserve to work in a safe and healthy environment.

Protecting workers from work-related injuries and illnesses is our priority at all times.

To achieve this goal, everyone at Sollio Agriculture must put their shoulder to the wheel:

The members of management undertake to respect the Occupational Health and Safety Act. We are doing everything in our power to provide a safe work environment and to protect all Sollio Agriculture employees in the workplace.

Managers and supervisors are responsible for the health and safety of their employees. They work with their team to eliminate risks – or reduce them if it is not possible to eliminate them. They ensure that the equipment is adequate and safe. They also ensure that employees are properly trained, use safe work methods and comply at all times with the procedures put in place for this purpose.

Each employee must ensure their own safety and that of their colleagues and must report any incident immediately to their immediate superior. Similarly, they must also declare any potential risk or danger by following the procedures provided for this purpose.

Reducing the risk of work-related injuries and illnesses is everyone's business.
