Sollio Agriculture (hereinafter referred to as “we,” “us,” and “our”) welcomes you to its website, sollio.ag (hereinafter referred to as the “Website”). The Website is managed by Sollio Agriculture with the assistance of its partners, where applicable. The Website and its contents are the property of Sollio Agriculture and its affiliates. They are protected by copyright, international treaties, and other laws.
You should read the Terms and Conditions of Use (hereinafter referred to as the “TCU”) carefully before browsing our Website. This agreement is valid for an indefinite period of time, takes effect the moment that you access the Website, and creates legal obligations.
By browsing the Website, the User of the Website (hereinafter referred to as “you,” the “User”) understands, accepts, and agrees to be bound by these TCU. In addition, the User agrees not to use the Website in any way that may contravene any applicable laws, guidelines, or regulations or that may adversely affect us or our subsidiaries, affiliates, or suppliers.
We reserve the right to change these TCU at any time. Each time you visit the Website, you will be deemed to have read and accepted any changes to the TCU, including the Privacy Policy, by using the Website.

The User may consult the Website and, subject to any specific restrictions or limitations on any item of the Website, download, print, and make an electronic copy of portions of the Website for personal, non-commercial use only. Username and password
The User is solely responsible for keeping his or her username and password confidential at all times, on the understanding that we cannot be held liable for any unauthorized use of a user account. If the confidentiality of such information is compromised, the User must contact us by email as soon as possible to prevent the fraudulent use of the User’s identity. We disclaim all liability for any loss arising from the User’s failure to comply with the security measures set out in these TCU.

Prohibited uses
Stealing a person’s name, username, or password enabling another user to access the Website or its services is prohibited.
The User is responsible for complying with all applicable laws. Any person who uses the Website in violation of this provision or any other provision set forth herein does so at his or her own risk. If any provision of this agreement is determined to be invalid or unenforceable under applicable law, then that provision will be deemed superseded by a valid, enforceable provision that most closely matches the intent of the original provision, and the remainder of this agreement will continue to apply.
Although we reserve the right to delete certain data or content at our own discretion, this is an option rather than an obligation.

Indemnity
The User hereby agrees to indemnify and hold us harmless (including reasonable lawyers’ fees) from and against any and all losses incurred, including in the event that any legal action is brought against Sollio Agriculture or any of its affiliates, as a result of any breach of these TCU by the User or by any user in possession of the User’s password that enables access to the User’s account.
Governing law
These TCU are governed by the laws in force in the Province of Québec, and any dispute will be submitted to the competent courts of the Province of Québec, in the district of Montréal. If any provision of these TCU is found to be invalid by a court of competent jurisdiction, such invalidity will not affect any other provision, and the invalid provision will be severed from the remaining provisions of these TCU, which will remain in full force and effect.
If the User suffers any harm or disagrees in any way with the provisions of these TCU, the User’s only recourse is to exit the Website.
The TCU and any other legal information posted on the Website constitute the entire agreement between Sollio Agriculture and the User with respect to the use of the Website and its contents.
