About Véronique
Véronique Boutin leads the Human Resources Team. She believes in modern HR with a focus on employee and manager groups. She aims to create value for the organization by supporting teams in a caring, achievement-oriented, and down-to-earth way.
Véronique holds a master’s degree in organizational development and a bachelor’s degree in human resources. She also has over 20 years of experience in HR, the last 12 of which have been with Sollio Agriculture.
Her extensive experience within the organization has given her an in-depth knowledge of operations and a 360-degree view of human resources. Looking to the future, Véronique is excited to be part of the strategy and to work with her team to execute it.
Sollio Agriculture has ambitious goals, and I know we have the talent in-house to achieve them. Our goal is to remember our past as we look to the future.
